Julian Dunn is a New York-based multimedia journalist, specializing in audio/video documentaries. His areas of interest include urban planning, civic affairs, and the future of media.

Prior to becoming a journalist, Julian worked for nearly a decade at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation as a digital media operations manager, where he managed the infrastructure and operations staff for CBC.ca, Canada’s largest news website. He is licensed as a professional engineer in the province of Ontario and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Toronto. He is currently pursuing his M.A. in Journalism at the City University of New York’s Graduate School of Journalism.

Currently he resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and two mischievous cats.
